Once thought lost to antiquity, the secretive Hawaiian martial system involves much more than just combative skills.

LUA is a combat art and practice that creates new ways of thinking, new ways of being, and new ways of “being present” in times of uncertainty.

Come and learn from Kumu Lua Ramsay as he shares and demonstrates basic principles, concepts and application of this unique cultural battle system.

Kumu Ramsay is the Po'o, head instructor of the Kaihewalu Lua Family System in Hawaii. Trained by numerous kupuna, Hawaiian elders, Kumu Ramsay has nearly 50 years of martial arts experience and served as the Lua technical advisor and stunt performer for the hit series Hawaii Five-0.

All martial arts styles and systems are welcome. If you plan on participating, please wear comfortable workout attire.
